fair to middling....off to the docs to get result of knee scan to see if i have to have op!! funny that as it was caused by to much running in my younger days 8 marathons and daily running.......not that i would want to put anyone off!:)). no my sports were badminton and basketball and all that pressure has worn the old knee..
